What every Nunavut lease must cover

Rent is payable on the day specified in the lease. The landlord must provide a receipt for any cash payment.

The landlord may enter only in an emergency, with the tenant's consent, or with 24 hours' written notice for repairs, inspection, or to show the unit after notice has been given.
