NestBord is a product of BizSuite360 Technologies Limited, a Saskatchewan-based company headquartered in Saskatoon. We created NestBord to solve the fragmented, outdated tooling that Canadian landlords have struggled with for years. We believe property management should be simple, automated, and fully compliant with Canadian regulations — from lease generation to tax reporting.
