All data is stored on AWS servers in the ca-central-1 (Montreal) region. We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

4. PIPEDA Compliance

NestBord complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We only collect information necessary for the purposes identified, obtain consent where required, and provide access to your personal information upon request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, AWS for hosting, and Resend for email delivery. Each provider maintains their own privacy policies and security practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

7. Your Rights
