A listing is the public advertisement for a vacant unit. It lives at listings.nestbord.com/<your-org>/<slug> — the page prospective tenants see when they click through a syndication link, email, or social post.
Start the form
Open Listings → New. The unit dropdown only shows units currently Vacant or Listed.
When you pick a unit, two things happen automatically:
- Description is generated. Our AI writer reads the unit's facts (beds, baths, sqft, amenities, property name and address) and drafts a 2–3 paragraph description. A finished draft you can tweak.
- Photos are pulled from the property. Read-only preview in the sidebar. No upload step.
Set your showing windows
Listings include showing availability — pick the days and time windows you'll show the unit. Prospects can request a showing inside those windows; you still approve each booking. Without windows set, prospects can't auto-book — they just send an inquiry.
Publish
Create as a draft, review, then publish. Syndication partners (Kijiji, Rentals.ca, Zumper) pick up published listings on their next sync if your org has those integrations configured.
